It is the philosophy of the West End Community Center (WECC) that children be encouraged to learn and grow by providing a foundation of developmentally appropriate experiences and a nurturing environment.  It is essential that the children at West End are valued, nurtured and respected as individuals. We provide a learning environment that is motivating and fun, so that our children reach their full potential of learning.  We believe that children are unique, so our preschool program provides and inclusive setting to recognize children’s varied abilities, interest, needs and learning styles.
